I had a hip replacement surgery several years ago and the training results I have achieved since starting CrossFit with these coaches has been amazing! I have to also mention that I was also coached on nutrition and supplements to help me achieve the best results possible in my training, I found this extremely valuable as my performance increased as a result.

I have been going to True Peak CrossFit in Manchester, New Hampshire since they first opened in April and I am really happy with the results I’ve seen so far. In just a couple of months, I have already PR’d several of my lifts and benchmark workouts. The location is great, the space is clean, and the equipment is new and well-maintained. I travel frequently for work and have visited dozens of other fitness facilities/gyms during those trips; I have found that True Peak is one of the best places you can go if you’re looking to get healthy, add muscle, lose fat, make friends, or all of the above. A truly great place to workout.
