  • Here at True Peak Training & CrossFit in Manchester, NH we use a thorough, methodical, and individualized process that is tailored specifically to you.
  • We are focussed on providing you the most professional and thorough training program for CrossFit. We will work one on one with you to help identify and correct potential risk factors for injury, such as fitness blindspots and poor posture. We will also work to help you achieve all the strength, endurance, and weight loss goals you have and beyond.
  • Here at True Peak Training & CrossFit in Manchester, NH, our coaches are only motivated by providing you the most complete CrossFit training around and surpassing your expectations. 
  • Our Introductory CrossFit Program, co-written by Dr. Eric O’Connell, owner of Progressive Spine & Rehab, utilizes personal training sessions and data gathered from your initial Fitness Assessment with us to help provide us the necessary information to get you off to the best start possible with CrossFit.
  • You will be coached, one-on-one, on all the skills and movements needed for CrossFit. You will also be introduced to corrective and injury preventative exercises that will help improve your mobility, stability, and keep you healthy during your time here at True Peak Training & CrossFit and beyond.
  • Our expert coaches at True Peak Training & CrossFit will keep a close eye on you as they not only work to improve your strength and conditioning but also work to improve your daily habits, where it all starts. You will be able to get you into the best shape of your life, all while being surround by the most supportive workout environment in Greater Manchester.

I’ve been in & out of CrossFit for a few years, and this is the best facility I’ve found. Located in downtown Manchester (with parking!), it’s big, clean, and has great equipment. More importantly, the coaching is amazing. They make sure that everyone is pushing themselves, but scale the workouts for those that needed, and always are strict about good form.

My favorite part is the on-boarding: to make sure that every member is prepared for the classes, you go through a series of personal training sessions. This makes sure that everyone has a good baseline for their first group class and, more importantly, every member is comfortable with the various movements and lifts that are used.

I have been going to True Peak CrossFit in Manchester, New Hampshire since they first opened in April and I am really happy with the results I’ve seen so far. In just a couple of months, I have already PR’d several of my lifts and benchmark workouts. The location is great, the space is clean, and the equipment is new and well-maintained. I travel frequently for work and have visited dozens of other fitness facilities/gyms during those trips; I have found that True Peak is one of the best places you can go if you’re looking to get healthy, add muscle, lose fat, make friends, or all of the above. A truly great place to workout.

If you are looking to achieve true fitness from a professional CrossFit Box then True Peak CrossFit in Manchester, New Hampshire is where you need to be. The owners and coaches truly care about each member they train. It doesn’t matter if you are new to CrossFit or an advanced CrossFit Athlete these coaches are equipped at every level to challenge you and help you achieve a new level of fitness. I had a hip replacement surgery several years ago and the training results I have achieved since starting CrossFit with these coaches has been amazing! I have to also mention that I was also coached on nutrition and supplements to help me achieve the best results possible in my training, I found this extremely valuable as my performance increased as a result.
